Whatever Comes To My Mind

I have a very close friend and co-worker before who is also a Filipino. Even if I quit almost two years ago, we still continued to keep in contact. I know he was going to Prairie State College and he have already passed the CNA state exam. About a few weeks ago he went home to the Philippines and I was wondering since the semester was still going. I finally saw him again at Target when he came back and we had lunch together. I asked him if he was still going to PSC and he said he was not able to get into the nursing program. I was so surprised because I know he is such an intelligent kid with outstanding grades and he said it is hard to get into the program. Wow I never thought it can be that hard. Now he is planning to go to California to study. I am sure Frankie and I will miss him.
