Allie
Dad came here last week to help Ryan with the bathroom window and Frankie’s room’s window. Dad was giving Ryan some instructions and at the same time he was with Frankie in the living room playing. Frankie was trying to run him over with his toy and Dad made some funny sounds that made Frankie laughed. Anyways when Ryan finished with the bathroom drawer, Dad got up, started cutting what supposed to be cut, put it up and when they were both done, they sat down in the living room and we happened to talk about weight. I don’t deny it that Ryan has gained weight through out our marriage. In fact I did too. Dad suggested that he needs to have his cholesterol checked and I am so thankful with his concern.
Why was it so easy for him to lose almost 40 lbs in a month before? I got lazy in preparing his salad and monitoring what he ate and with him gaining back the weight I blame myself for that. It is never healthy to be obese and we know that at the back of our heads. I even need to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight before I can get pregnant again. So hopefully early next year both Ryan and I can go see our doctor and have our cholesterol checked. Yes I want to know what mine is too just to be sure. Maybe using allie is not a bad idea at all. With diet and exercise it offers a great potential. I’ll be going to Target tomorrow so might as well check it out myself.
