Whatever Comes To My Mind

Ryan and I agreed that as soon as Papa gets in we are going to get him his health insurance right away. He has already compared different health insurance before Papa came and we decided to go for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. We have the same health insurance provider and to have the same service we are getting we have to pay a reasonable amount. When Ryan got home yesterday, I wasn’t ready for his bad news. There is actually a waiting period for non US citizens to get a health insurance and that would be 6 months. He has to have a physical exam also which is done within the United States. So this means he will not be able to drive soon. We are getting him the booklet so that he can start reading and take the written exam. I wasn’t really expecting this. I would hate for the idea for Papa and Frankie to get stuck here in the house while Ryan and I are at work. I guess I just need to deal with it. Before I know it, it will be June.
