Whatever Comes To My Mind

When Ryan took me to the cemetery where mom is rested for the first time in 2003, I was surprised. Do you want to know why? Well if you look at the tomb stone closely, you will see Mom’s name in the bottom and on top of it is Dad’s name. I looked at Ryan and said, “is that Dad’s name?” and he said yes. My initial reaction was, how come? He is still alive. My mama said the same thing too. It even had the year he was born and year 20 so that it would be easy to add the additional number. I guess it doesn’t bother them here in the US but for people back home and to me, it will surely freak me out.
