Long Day

Frankie and I left the house at around 12:30 p.m. after we both talked to Ryan during his lunch break and we just got back home and it is already 5:00 p.m. It was a long day indeed and I am glad that the little baby was so behaved during the entire trip even if he is not feeling well. We stopped at Target first and picked up my prescription. We also had lunch over there and we went to see his doctor for a 2:30 p.m. appointment. He caught a cold last Friday and he has been so plugged up and coughing since. I hate it more when he can't barely breathe during the night. I have baby vicks and little noses handy all the time in case he needs it. Every time I come home from work I usually stay up listening to him. I sometimes put it him my chest and give him a tight hug and that usually put him at ease and sleeps well. We also went to the Filipino store afterwards to pick up something and send some moolah to the Philippines. It was a long day indeed and I am glad it is over and we got something from the doctor. I really like his pedia since she always assures me that everything will be ok. Sometimes a mother just needs to hear it. We will be back to see her again after 8 days and hopefully Frankie will be ok then. He is not running any temperature just a little clogged up and also the doctor found out that he has an ear infection in both of his ears. So I am glad we caught it early on. Plus he hasn't been crabby and has been eating well.
