Diet Supplements Will Help
It was when I didn’t care about my weight when I started losing the weight. I used to check how much I weigh every other day. Was I obsessed? Nah, I don’t think so. I was more concern about living healthy and being able to regain my pre-pregnancy weight back after giving birth to Frankie. I envy those mothers who can easily bounce back after they gave birth. When I started working it was when I was shedding the pounds here and there. What is even ironic is I haven’t check how much I weight. I was just so busy attending to my family and going to work. The lack of sleep surely did got to me and before I knew it, I was only 8 lbs. away from my pre-pregnancy weight.
It is a major accomplishment for me after having to deal with it for almost 2 years. I thought it will be for long but not anymore. I have been eating more lately and with that, 3 times a day since Papa got here. I am not too concern anymore because if things gets worst, there are a lot of diet supplements that are out on the market today. I am just glad that once I was so close from my goal but I don’t regret it. It is a lot of fun sharing a meal with your loved ones.
