Priorities

When I was growing up, I used to ask my father why our house was very small compared to our neighbors. My father was a laborer and that was what helped us get through school especially me and my brothers. He used to tell us that he spent every peso he had to send us to school, so we could be educated. I truly see it now. My neighbors have big houses but uneducated kids who will always be dependent to them. My parents were very smart, and they planned it very well. That is why sometimes I felt like giving back to them and fixing the house. It would be awesome to see Kohler faucets in the bathroom or kitchen, but I don’t want my parents to live there any longer; I don’t see any reason to update it. Maybe soon but we’ll see. We have to fix our house first.
