Embarassing Acne

I was in the register earlier today helping an elderly lady with her grandson whom he took to go shopping. She was telling me that he was moving out from their house to go away for college. The grandson won’t even look at me. He kept looking away. It seems like he was ashamed with something. When he finally looked my way, I knew right then why he was so shy. He had acne on his face.
