Whatever Comes To My Mind

I have another blessing to share today at the doctor’s office today. As I have said Frankie and I took Papa to see Dr. B. After filling out the papers we waited for less than 5 minutes then we were called to come see him. I was also glad that we didn’t wait that long because Frankie kept on saying hi to the plastic bird that they had in one of the plants and I didn’t want to disturb some of the patients that were waiting there. I have to say that they are very thorough and the nurse was so friendly and nice. We must have been there for almost 45 minutes because Dr. B wants to make sure that he will get an ECG test done. At the back of my head I was so worried because we might be paying so much because of the test but I kept telling myself that we got to do it and it is for Papa’s sake.

Dr. B was so impressed with his daily regimen and exercise but just need to work on the diet part. He explained to him everything and gave him corresponding medications which by the way I didn’t pay anything because I used my HSA account from Kohl’s. We will be seeing him again in a month to follow-up. No wonder Dad and Ryan like him so much because he was indeed very helpful. He even thanked me for taking Papa to see him so that he will get corresponding meds right away. When we were all done, Papa and Frankie went ahead to the car and I was so surprised when the receptionist handed me the bill. It was only $45.00 on everything even with the ECG. I was expecting $100+ just like what my dermatologist charged before. I was so happy and glad so as Ryan. I can’t wait when he will have his own insurance in 4 months then I can have everything checked in him but for now we will settle for this one. I am so thankful.
