    My Ryan and my Frankie

    postheadericon Working Well

It’s been a while since the van has been driven. It needed new tires and it needs to be checked and fixed. Before my dad went home to the Philippines, he used to drive the van and take Frankie to school. Since he left, we seldom drive it until its battery died and speedometer was acting up. Sometimes when we are driving it, it seems as if its chocked up then all of the sudden starts slowing down. That is also the reason why I hardly drive it especially when Ryan is at work. I am afraid that if something happens to it nobody would rescue us.

Finally, a couple of weeks ago, we took it for repair and have it checked. They replaced all four tires and replaced it with new belt too that costs us over $1,000. The speedometer of the van was still the same, so we took it to the dealership to finally have it looked. It was so much easier for them to spot what is the problem with the van using a computer and an auto repair shop software. They ran it through and they immediately learned what is wrong with the car. It surely saved a lot of time than trying to figure it out manually. Now, I make it a point to drive the van every other day not unless it is snowing outside, so we do not have to worry about its battery dying from no usage.
